Jordan Sykes

This is Jordan Sykes. She was born and raised, right here in Clarksville TN, as well as an Austin Peay State University graduate. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance specialized in Applied Exercise Science, along with six years of strength training experience. She grew up playing many sports including basketball, softball, and tennis. She has a passion for helping others reach their fitness and nutrition goals by teaching the importance of discipline and consistency. She looks forward to helping others achieve their goals no matter where they are in their fitness journey!


Kate Champlin


This is Kate Champlin, she's a wife, mom of 2, and she loves training others because it gives her the opportunity to impact people's lives in a positive way. As a trainer her intentions are to enhance your quality of life by going above and beyond expectations and together achieving all health and fitness goals. She's here to assist and motivate you on your journey! She is ASFA certified with over 10 years of experience! When she's not working, she loves being outdoors and traveling to the beach with her family. She's been an athlete her entire life and played 2 years of collegiate level softball, and she graduated with her Exercise science degree in 2011 and has continued to grow her knowledge ever since.

 This is Kendra,she is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with over 10 years in the fitness world. Kendra a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Cycle Instructor, and Zumba instructor. As a trainer, Kendra takes time to meet her clients where they are and walk alongside their journey. Her energy is contagious and will brighten your day immediately. She's dedicated and determined to help you achieve your goals.

David Champlin

This is David, he’s the Dad to two children and his passion for fitness and nutrition is prevalent in his every day life. He is ASFA certified with 10 plus years of experience and a degree in exercise science and nutrition. He excels In strength and conditioning. If you’re an athlete looking to propel yourself to the next level he can take you there, a beginner looking to become more knowledgeable and healthy, just want to lose weight and build muscle, he’s done it all and he can’t wait to help you reach your goals.
